Storm Damage Causes Roof to Leak in Bothell

A heavy rain and wind storm caused a roof to leak and created water damage and mold in this condominium's attic in Bothell, WA. Our technicians inspected the attic and found wet insulation and higher than normal moisture levels with small areas of microbial growth as seen in the photograph here. We worked quickly to dry the structure and thoroughly cleaned all contaminated areas. The roof leak was corrected and the attic was no longer at risk for further microbial issues.
